Simon Greenman

Simon Greenman has over twenty years of leading digital transformations through technology, data science and AI. He was a co-founder of an early AI enabled service, MapQuest.com. He has over ten years as Chief Digital Officer leading transformations of media companies for private equity, including Dex Media that completed a $10B M&A for Carlyle and Welsh Carson. More recently he was CEO of an IAC company, HomeAdvisor Europe, that was transforming the home services space. Simon has consulted or worked for brands such as Accenture, Bowers & Wilkins and AOL. As CEO of Digital Innovators he works closely with corporate and early-stage companies to design and implement AI strategies.

Simon is highly active in the early stage eco-system as Co-President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of London, an advisor at DN Capital, and an angel investor and advisor. He holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Computing & Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex.

ROBIN ALLENSON

CEO, Similar.ai

Robin is a successful entrepreneur and a long-term practitioner of machine learning, big data and two-sided platform solutions. He is founder and CEO of Similar.ai, that is using deep vision and semantic learning to improve search in the fashion world. He works closely as an angel investor and mentor to many early-stage AI companies.

Robin holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from Edinburgh University.

DR JEREMY REFFIN

Research Fellow Informatics and Co-Founder Text Analytics Group, University of Sussex

Jeremy is a research fellow at Sussex University where he co-founded the Text Analytics Group that specialises in the application of NLP and predictive analytics to large unstructured textual data based real-world problems. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was a partner at Apax Partners where he specialised in healthcare sector investments.

He holds a MBA from Harvard Business School, a MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge along with MSC and PhD from the University of Sussex.

CTO Adarga AI

Tor is a highly experience digital CTO and technology specialist. He is currently CTO of Adarga that is pioneering analytics software and solutions for the enterprise based on cutting-edge cloud based AI architecture and tools, including deep learning and semantic analysis. Tor has worked extensively as a senior technology leader in the media and games industry including the Economist, News International and Riot Games. He has also been a consultant with PWC Digital and Capgemini.

Tor holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Oslo.
